Actually, I did some more research on this book. I found this book on amazon for $90.00!!! Can you believe that?! It's free at the link above, it's just the images were scanned at very poor quality.

Actually, this book retailed for $15.95 when it was released in 2001. It became hugely collectible once it went out of print. Although, I didn't think it was still fetching such insane prices since so many other books on the subject have now been released. I'm guessing those Amazon prices are probably wishful thinking on the part of the sellers at this point, but it's not the author who is charging those prices.
